::If you want to change money upon your arrival in Bhutan this might be a place to do it. We did it in autumn 2016. Back then it was a bit bureaucratic, some forms had to be filled out and it took some time. But that was probably because of some legislation and might be the same everywhere. It might be a good idea to bring not only your passport but also a photocopy. Keep the receipt. Staff was nice and helpful.
