  Never accommodate here. . first read my personal experience with this hotel. Then decide. Service is worst It should be blacklisted. As there is no staff available in morning. Even we informed previous night. We put call on reception for continuous 1 hrs. And they didn't available. Main door was locked so. We can't get our self out from hotel. We missed our flight from paro. At last we used emergency exit to vacate the room. No room cleaning. No room service for providing food in the room. Even informing about our choice of food. After that also. They didn't serve that. By saying that chef didn't get noodles in Thimphu. Poorest of the poor service. Whoever provided them 3 star. Please reconsider this. It doesn't deserve it.

  The place and the surrounding is good but for those who don't come from cold places, it's tough to manage at night because the room heater is not very effective. The staff is very helpful though and breakfast spread is delicious. Cleanliness is okay.

  My experience in this hotel has always been memorable... the employees make every effort to walk the extra mile , meals are of good quality, simple and affordable. My first choice for hosting any events , simply a favourite rendezvous to meet friends under the wonderful willow tree cafe.

  Good hotel to stay. Well maintained. The staff is attentive to the customers. Best part is easy access to town and market. The only issue I faced is food - edible but not great.
