::Booked the rooms in this hotel for two times. Unfortunately, I had to cancel it both the times. The first time happened because my trip got canceled and when informed, they were cool about it. However, when the second time happened, they charged me. I accepted my fault wholeheartedly as it became late while canceling it. And I even apologised for it again and again. But they werent happy about it so they wanted my husband's number as it was him who had booked the room. I had to give it to them and they called him and charged him. So I was wondering its that how they treat people? There will be so many different reasons as to why a cancelation happens so instead of understanding, will charging a person would help it? Very dissapointed with the way they talked.
