::Good hotel. Friendly staff. The vegetarian dinner was delicious. The rooms were nice. The bed is not comfortable though. It is too soft and gave me a backache. Very close to the border and easy access to the immigration facility.

::Good amenities, nice room but the best part is their food...as good as any fare you'll have in India! So after your entire journey through the land and cuisine of Bhutan, in case you're craving for some Indian food then this is the must-have stopover for you!

::Hotel Damchen is strategically located very near to the immigration office 3-4mins. of walk. Hotel is nice and clean. We stayed only one night and had dinner - it was very good. Front desk Staffs are having immense language problem and (including manager) not courteous to the guests. Pros: 1. Location is good. 2. Hotel is nice and clean. TV/AC works well. 3. Food delivered to the room is very good. 4. Locker/Beer fridge was there. (We didn't use though) Cons: 1. Mineral water is not free. 2. There is no lift available even for 2nd/3rd floor. 3. Front desk staffs are not very friendly and they have typical language problem to understand requirements.

::Really great service, the way the staff talked to us made us smile. The rooms were spacious, good setup. The bathroom was neat. Even the location for the hotel is awesome. If you get time and have time you should go out for a stroll in the neighborhood.

::It was good hotel for staying. Good food quality but foods are so costly. Great room service. Location of the hotel is also good to get permit for Bhutan tour. Staffs behaviour is well.
