Excellent hotel, rooms are very spacious and really good bathroom. My fav part was the ultra wide beds they gave for individuals, really comfortable. Food and hospitality was top notch, their dining hall reminded me of family dinners. Strongly suggest this one.

Right from the cleanliness of the room to staff's hospitality and friendliness. We loved it. Especially the manager, who went out of his way to decorate our room for honeymoon. The hotel is in prime location, I recommend this hotel for all the travellers. The food is really great. So is the staff and services. They were too helpfull and warm. We enjoyed their kind gesture .We also had a party with the staff. A special thanks to the manager. . We will surely visit again. . Thanks.

Good hotel to stay. Amenities provided are not satisfactory. No tea kit in room. All staff is polite except manager on the counter, who is useless, non-cooperative mannerless and just a shiner. Wifi facility is available on all floors separately but connection is very poor. No generator backup, candle was not provided in rooms when power was off.

A very good value for money hotel. The room was spacious enough and the food was not expensive either. The best part about the hotel is that it's centrally located making it very easy to walk out in the evening to do some shopping or to taste some local cuisine. The owner of the hotel is also a very warm and welcoming person who made sure we had a nice time.

Lovely rooms, nice decor, very good food. Most important is the lift. Most hotels in Bhutan don't have lifts which is not always comfortable for urban people. For elderly people and people with disability or difficulty in walking it's a real blessing. The cooks are good. Though it's located in a narrow lane and not appealing to look at from outside, once you are in you will forget all these. I rate this hotel very high in terms of comfort, food, stay, decor, cleanliness - everything actually.
