It's an Old hotel, old structure. The doors are not in good condition. Food quality is also average. He had informed the hotel staff about our early check out (6:30am) but at the time of check out we found the main door locked & even no one was picking up the emergency number of hotel. Finally after 20min a staff woke up & came down to open the door somehow after repeated try of our driver. So pls be careful.

This Hotel was finely decorated with wood, but due to lack of timely maintenance, now the condition is very poor. Door locks are not working properly, holes in door, bath tubs in suite are not working, wash basin taps couldn't dispense hot water, rooms inside smelling, all lights inside room are not working etc . etc. Hotel staffs are ok, but they do nothing for your complaint regarding rooms facilities because they couldn't do anything.

Hotel is average staffs are very cordial but Receptionist had poor knowledge too much confused, she charged extra and after asking hotel bill she refused. She started converting Indian rupees to dollar and dollar to Bhutan currency...I will suggest not to book as food quality is below average at the price mentioned...

Very well behaved, polite staffs .... but rooms look very old, needs serious renovation. Best thing of this hotel is its location.... right at the heart of the town. Overall hotel restaurant satisfactory. Delicious menus, and relatively cheap than other places in Bhutan. One big problem with this hotel we faced is the water supply. Some times they run out of water..... causing troubles to travelers, make sure while booking rooms there. Else, its a good family hotel to stay in Paro.

We went here for lunch and the experience was great. Hotel staffs are very helpful. They can speak Hindi fluently. The food quality was also good with a reasonable price. The best part about all hotels in Bhutan is they have wi-fi connection and they share the credentials as well. So overall I loved this place.
