::It was a lovely place surrounded by big fruit trees. Taking advantage of being around the fruit trees, we plucked some fresh pears right from the trees! The food and services were great too! It was peaceful and serene away from the hustle of the town!

::We stayed there last week for 2 nights, it was a great experience being there in a very beautiful place, very serene and scenic. Hospitality was superb and very deliciously prepared vegetarian food was served. The staff was very prompt, helpful and service is really good. The owner stays there and ready to guide you in a friendly way. The rooms are very clean, tidy, spacious and with large gallery on one side and an attached balcony inside having a valley view to enjoy an evening cup of tea. There is a very beautiful garden and an amazing view of whole of the Bumthang, the Dzong, river and the temple. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to Lonely Planet and our guide Rinzin Dorji (who, I believe is one of the best guide of Bhutan) for suggesting us the property. Amazing

::Currently writing this as I warm myself against Bukhari (traditional heater)… I cannot explain in words how lovely this place is! From the views to the food to the service, everything about this place is just amazing! The staff has been amazing when listening to requests; and the home made bread and jams, along with the Swiss cheese from the local factory and Red Panda beer on tap make this place worth visiting, even if you aren’t interested in the many religious and cultural wonders of the Bumthang valley (which you should be, it is a treasure trove waiting to be discovered!) I would return just for this place and will tell people about it too!
