  Poor customer service. They won’t reply to emails or chats. Very disappointed.

  During lockdown, I was doing RTGs and it's almost took two days as I have to pilled up many document. And at the same time, I was asked by my friend to do RTGs for him through BNB, to my surprise it only took a minutes and supplier receive payment within 2 hours and everything's is done and process through 1 person. Tashi Bank need to give it's customer the facilities like rupay or international debit card. In order to transfer fund of Rs 30,000 it almost took 4 days for verification purpose. Please take this feedback positively and incorporate accordingly. We are the loyal customer, despite inconvenience we are still doing our business with Tbank.

  Oh my god.Tashi bank is one of the least unknown bank.just given a number in website for sake and never received call.i try to call 30 times at different timings at different day think that it might busy some day but everyday is same.i am wondering their is people working or ignoring the call.after bank should be survive with customer.no customer no bank and no bank then no work.please wake up and train your management for good customer service otherwise sooner bank will become bankrupt.

  I can never login to my account from abroad. It shows it’s loading but never works.I would be lucky if I can login to my account for even once. T bank really needs to check into that.
