::We ordered the starter and waited for 1 hour for food to arrive. After asking the watter 2 times he said it's coming. Then after 1.5 hr of waiting just for baby corn starter we decided to leave and asked them why they have not informed anything and not serve food, they just said okay, didn't say a single word about why they have not delivered us food. Finally we came back without eating. So our experience was bad. Atleast they should have told us if that dish was not available.

::A 2 star property, located very near to Bhutan Gate & immigration office. Rooms are good & food quality is good. Staff behavior is good. During check in, the reception people & staff are friendly. Overall good hotel for one night stay.

::We stayed there for 2 nights. First on our way to Bhutan. Rooms small, not so clean, geyser didn't work and were smelly. Plus, reception staff was not willing to change the rooms although there were others. Breakfast included in the package and they served limited kids portion size for adults. Second time around, agent managed to get us slightly better rooms but our grouse with the hotel attendant's services and food remained. If we had not paid in full in advance, we would have moved out immediately. Overall a poor experience. Horrible place to stay.

::The food is really good. The ambience is peaceful. Indian food both veg and non veg is available. The order takes about 25-30 min. I would suggest placing it entire order at once as they don't have things prepared. Everything is freshly made. The restaurant is located across the street from the immigration office so if u want a quick bite before heading back to the immigration office this is the place. The hotel rooms r small but clean and decent. WiFi is available.
