  Its 2022 and still with Pathetic Customer Service. Took almost a month to review my OD loan that too with self follow-up. So much of formalities and running around involved even though you have a good credit score. You wont hear back from them unless you knock their desk each day. Hope some day it will reach the expected level.

  The head office or corporate office of Bank of Bhutan is out here. There for if customer or visitor are looking of head office it's not in chubachu it's in Babesa. For the convenience there is ATM and ATM van also. Even the Babesa Branch of Bank of Bhutan is just near of it. The place has large parking spaces which is really comfortable for customers to visit and it has become one of the land mark for the area.
