  Since it is a government bank. It is not at all customer centric.people have no options since there is limited banks.The financial system in country have to improve, and most importantly it is digital world, bank have to focus how to make internet banking more friendly. Should have a customer contact center for any problems in any time.if bank need any support, I am always there with potential ideas and can make a batter bank for the people of our country.
