::Apart from the views from room (which Bhutan anyways has one of the best views) and a few polite service staff , This resort is a colossal failure as a hospitality venture. Wifi does not work properly. Food is tasteless. I ordered Aloo dum and they made jeera Aloo even the chapati tasted so bad and dry. When I ordered fried wontons , they provided a tasteless fried item and honestly I will prefer to be hungry and rather keep a fast than to eat this food. I asked for bottled water to be sent at my room at about 10:30 pm and they refused saying that store guy has left they won't be able to provide me water. Upon insisting, they provided weird tasting water. There was a spider in the room as well. In washroom there is no jet with commode. Absolutely Worst experience.

::It's good place to stay but once u reach at this resort you can't go the town without car because it's located on hill. Food is very good along with service personnel. room condition is good though they don't have hamdwash.any tourist of Bangladesh please think of it before going there. View from room is very nice

::A great place nestled on top of a mountain with an amazing view of the valley below. The room was clean and spacious with an excellent view. The food too was not bad if not great. However it is pretty far from the town which means that unless you have your own transport it would be difficult to go out anywhere on your own. I would have given it a rating of 5/5 but when we were checking out early in the morning to catch the flight we had to settle some bills and we were told that credit cards are not accepted. Since we were just going to leave so we did not have much of the local currency and so it came as a huge shock. There was no way that we could pay and no way that they could allow us to leave without paying. Finally after a lot of digging into our pockets and wallets we could just rustle up the amount. We were put through a lot of tense moments. If the hotel does not accept cards they should inform us while checking in. And why should they not accept cards when even small roadside cafeterias take cards. This is very unprofessional of the resort . So the rating goes down drastically.
