  Kuenphen hotel is in a good location, towards Taktsang from Paro. The rooms are not so bad. However, we were left with no water when we checked in. The rest rooms were dirty and no towels or soaps and shampoos. Geyser wasn't working. Dinner was great but morning tea wasn't offered. In fact we had to wake up the hotel people to pay for the stay. Considering all, not recommended at present, however, the place was undergoing some renovation and maintenance which causes disruption. Not posting the work under progress and the restrooms. Maybe they come up with the expectations of the guests.

  Nice rugs on the floor. Very warm and with heater provided. Also, the wooden construction is very eye pleasing. Food is good and they will serve to your room with a smile and take specific requests on food. I fell ill for a day and the staff called a doctor for me. The hotel is next to a river too. Scenic outdoors

  It's a perfect stay.. with all facilities. Beautiful hotel with beautiful Valley view. Amazing environment. Superb cleanliness . Rooms with heater and double bed with warm blankets. Good staff. Bathrooms are classy with all accessories including hair drier. All must visit this hotel in paro, Bhutan. Mornings are so beautiful and nights are cold.

  Good accommodation with nice interior. Room was comfortable and stuffs were cordial and helpful. Food quality was also good. Location of the hotel is on a nice open place, open fields and mountains can be seen from here.

  We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Everything was fine except the geasyr. As it was negative temperature outside, the lack of hot water was a problem. We used the electric kettle which was given to prepare tea/coffee for getting the hot water. However, their hospitality was 6stars. The food in the restaurant is also good. Rooms are also good. They provided complimentary room heater. Thanks!
