  Again, it was Nidup our guide who helped us zero in on L’Hayul at Haa valley for luch. He had called ahead with the manager - which worked wonders since the chef and waiters didnt seem very interested in getting more guests to the restaurant. Initially they said that the hotel was closed/had limited options - but when told by Nidup that he had reservations, the atmosphere changed. Our belief is that they are more prompt in their service for guests who stay at the hotel than those who visit just for food. After a long drive to Haa Valley, all that we needed was a good place to sit and relax a bit, have good food and a clean restroom. L’Hayul met all criteria. The food was good: high on quality and quantity. The restaurant was very neat and the restrooms were sparklingly clean.

  Very good and helpful staff. Especially the manager is very friendly. Rooms are coxy and nice. View is best. Food is also great. If you are visiting this place then must stay here for atleast a day

  The room was very clean but when i changed the room from a double bed to twin beds, the front desk lady didnot mention the rate decrease nor was aware of what kind of room we chose even during checkout. Found out about the rates after we left haa. Service 2/5

  Nice and clean accommodations In Ha. Nice size room, comfortable bed and bathroom with good shower. Great place to rest after a busy day in this beautiful area.

  Warm welcome. Excellent food. We enjoyed our stay. Very helpful staff. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. We loved the hotel very much..
