::I was travelling with my couple of other friends and we decided to ditched the touristy places for the most beautiful part of Bhutan - East Bhutan! We travelled from Samdrup Jhonkar to Trashigang. Lingkhar lodge was our base in Trashigang and we traveled in east and central Bhutan from there. One can indulge in the rich culture of Bhutan while staying here. There are many beautiful historical places, festivals and the landscape looks like a dreamland. Location is located is in the middle of mountains. It is about 10 kms away from the Trashigang town and when you wake up to this beautiful view followed by an amazing breakfast; Trust me, you wouldn't want to leave this place.

::One of the very few star rated hotel in the east (if you are to stay a night in Trashigang). Great environment. Rice fields. You get to taste several organic fruits right fro. The fields if you visit during the right season.

::Wonderful place and very kind people. We had large beautiful rooms with all comfort, and truly enjoyed the restaurant. We also walked in the area and among rice fields below the hotel, amazing evenings!

::It is located on Trashigang - Samdrupjongkhar highway at Lengkhar in Kanglung. The establishment is located just near highway. It has beautiful traditional and premium cottages with premium furnishings. The staff are very courteous. You would love well-maintained surroundings and want relax peacefully. The food you get here is so good. It offers very reasonable rates to both national and internships guests.
