::It was a very disappointing stay for 2 nights one while entering Bhutan and the second one day prior to exiting from Bhutan. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff don't listen to your requirements. Very poor hygiene. They gave us a room without any air conditioning. I complaint 3-4 times for cleaning of rooms, for the air conditioning there was no reason from the hotel. When asked for the manager, he was absconding all the time.

::The Resort is located at a quiet location just 5 minutes from immigration center and is just best suited for looking for a serene place to calm themselves. The deluxe room is big and spacious. Just if mosquitoes love you then better to carry your mosquito repellent patch or you can ask the staff to spray the mosquito repellent in the room. Mosquitoes and other insects get active around the evening as greenery is the home to them. The staff is young, polite and high on hospitality. Excellent service. A big yes, yes if you are looking to stay in the serene atmosphere and what more, your stay at this resort is SDF (Sustainable Development Fee) free, if you are not travelling to other cities in the Kingdom of Bhutan for that day or night. Enjoy!

::It is a well maintained old property. It has a nice swimming pool and a bar. The ambience is good. Staff are very nice.
