::While the hotel ambience looks good the owner ms tila was very courteous and showed extreme care upon arrival when few staff turned to be inexperienced Rooms we got was superior grand double appearance and cleanliness was ok bedding was comfortable but pillow was super thick and not comfortable Bathroom very slippery and shoddy Night dinner was ok but if you want to leave early by 8 am they are not equipped to give you breakfast beware of this Property amenities ok Outside is good but inside very questionable for classifying as 4 star at best an 2 star property As one day traveller would I come back yes just for the commitment shown by women entrepreneur who is toiling hard to make the property being good

::1st day of our trip we had really overwhelming experience but while returning day they behaved totally different, we asked them to pack our breakfast as we needed to leave early, they gave us stale fruit with fungus , dried n no water bucket for bath, no hot water .. 1st n last day was totally different all together On 1st day we really enjoyed the meal, service, rooms, support , everything But last day we had worst experience ever

::It's on top opposite to phuntsholing town with great view and peaceful. Nice service and staff. They have swimming pool also and food are also good. Good parking space.

::One of the best hotel in Phuntsholing. They always provide good services and all the staffs are awesome 👍 One surprising example is that my sister left her earring in the hotel but unexpectedly they gave us back in our next visit. We didn’t even remember she lost her earring. Others would rather throw in the trash but they kept in safe to return to the owners even though they are not sure whether the owner will come back again or not. This is simple gesture but a great human nature. The hotel became one of the favorite hotels of our family 💚 and I would recommend people to visit here as well. I bet you won’t regret! And yeah not to forget *they got best facilities and you can use pool 24/7 if you want* 😂 🙈
