  For one night halt at Jaigaon, the adjacent border town of Bhutan, Hotel Golden Ibis is prefect for both families and couples. As a couple, we stayed in this hotel in the month of December. Though we faced certain trouble initially, like no water supply in our room, yet the hotel management did everything in their power to make sure that we get a new room, and that time, our room got upgraded to a bigger one. The rooms are clean, although the presence of flies inside the room is not a good thing. Basic amenities, like a TV with cable connection to telephone to tea, coffee sachets to electric kettle to hot water supply to bath tub to toiletries to clean cabinets inside the room, are really good. Though, we just had breakfast here, which was included in our booking, I bet the food is also good here. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay for us.
