::We were here for four nights and had a difficult time. First of all, it's no longer as secluded as shown in the photos. All sorts of houses and other properties have come up in the vicinity. Not noisy but not secluded either. We consistently faced issues with hot water. It'll just stop due to some geyser issue. And even when the hot water was there, the pressure was pathetically low. They couldn't fix it in four days. On one of the days, I got stuck in the shower with soap on. And this was in freaking cold of December last week. Their Indian food preparation was okayish but you have to order at least 2-3 hours prior or you'll be waiting forever. The resort is 20 minutes away from the main town and it can get tedious to go to town for food/shopping all the time if you are staying longer. Wi-Fi is strictly minimal and didn't work at all on one of the days and couldn't be fixed despite complains. The staff was humble but couldn't resolve issues and kinda spoiled our Paro vacation which otherwise is such a beautiful town. I'll not recommend this resort to anyone. To their credit, they did have electric blanket which was a godsend and kept us warm during the night. This was in addition to the room heater.

::They don't have Spa. Food is good. Far from town so difficult to plan for shopping. The hotel doesn't have good room heaters. IRS damn cold here. U can enjoy hot stone bath here but have to inform the staff in advance as it takes 2-3 hrs to heat the stones

::I had such a wonderful stay at Taktsang Boutique! It was easily my favorite spot to stay in Bhutan. It's situated just below the Tiger's Nest monastery, which could even be seen from my window when the weather was clear! My room was clean and comfortable. It had high ceilings and a porch overlooking the Paro valley. The bed was huge. And the shower was excellent, especially after going on long hikes during the day. There's no TV, but you won't want it. There is WiFi if you really need to stay connected. The food was great, especially the Bhutanese breakfast, chili and cheese, and chicken curry. The staff even brought me into the kitchen for some ad hoc cooking lessons one of the nights. On my last night, I had a massage and hot stone bath on site, both of which were excellent. I felt very cared for during the whole experience. I came during the off season, so there were not many guests present. However, the staff was present and attentive to my needs nonetheless. They were professional but also approachable and so friendly. On my last night, the staff and tour guides even invited me to play volleyball with them in the front parking lot, which was so sweet and fun. Bonus points for the cute black dog who hangs out nearby and always wants to play. Facilities: 5/5 Amenities: 5/5 Location: 5/5 Staff: 6/5 :)

::Nice location close to Tiger's Nest Hiking base, Can see Tiger's Nest from Hotel gate. Spacious rooms with good amenities and great view from the balcony! Staff is humble and cooperative, Enjoyed decent Indian Vegetarian food. Wifi range was not adequate in the room and the connection frequently broke down, including occasional loss of internet as well. That's why no 5 stars....I would give 4.6 or 4.7 stars if it was possible!
