  Location is good but service is extremely bad. Hotel is under staffed so you would never get food on time, you will call reception no one will pick up the call. In one room, there was no water in the morning and they could fix this only in afternoon delaying the daily tour plan. There are bed bugs so be careful if you are travelling with kid. My kid has got the bed bugs bites and found one in his bed. Family rooms are small specially if you travelling with small kid as there is no space to walk inside.

  Went there in May, and it wasn't crowded. I was a solo traveller and got a really nice room with great views. Room was comfortable and had a large bathroom. Hot water was available in bathroom. The small balcony had the view of the mountains. It was one of the best hotels I could find at very cheap rate. Recommend. Staff was polite. They have in-house food options but I didn't try that.

  Decent hotel, courteous staff. The management needs to be a little better. The view from one side of the hotel is pretty awesome but it is super windy and becomes chilling in the night. The food here is good and tea is one of the best we had on our complete trip.

  Fantastic hotel in Paro, clam and quite. Rooms are better than others. Staffs are very helpful. Restaurant buffet is also very cheap. I saw green mountains from my room. My family enjoyed the time. Manager is also very good, he helps me to hire cars, guide. I cannot have better service, compared to my previous experience.

  Rooms are big and clean, service were excellent. Mountain view was awesome from room through the wide windows. After a sound sleep raise with the mountain view from bed it's a lifetime memory...location is good , Moreover best value of money...
