::I got it booked when I reached Jaigaon from Bagdogra, a tiny place which shares border with Phuentsoling, a beautiful town of the Royal Kingdom of Bhutan. It was a wonderful road journey from Jaigaon to Thimpu, the Capital of the Royal Kingdom of Bhutan and I reached at night. I had got the booking done at Hotel Sambhav through an agent at Jaigaon. It seemed a tall yet beautiful structure from the outside and it was comfortable and cozy inside. They have dedicated smoking zone at the hotel as one cannot smoke anywhere. I got warm welcome at the reception and was escorted to my room by a female caretaker. It was inspiring to see that majority of the staff was female and they were doing a fantastic job as ever. The lift took me to the second floor and I must admit that room was what I was looking for. It was overseeing a river view and also of the mountains behind. The room was highly comfortable and well-lit and equipped with great amenities including electric kettle, blankets and coffee table. There was an arrangement of hot and cold water in the washroom which was very clean and well-organized. The restaurant served amazing and freshly cooked Indian and Bhutanese cuisines and I just loved every morsel of it. The restaurant serves liquor as well. The service, housekeeping and others was quite swift and satisfactory. A few days, I ordered meals in my room and enjoyed it to the full admiring the views. The staff was courteous and accommodated me for three extra days though my booking was only for two days and it was Christmas eve. I strongly recommend the place to stay when in Bhutan. Happy Journeying!

::Hotel room is good, food quality is average. Room heater was provided but not extra blanket for my 4 years daughter which was really embarrassing.

::A good, well maintained and neat hotel. The corner rooms have windows on 2 walls and have a good view of the school on opposite side of the road. The rooms behind have okay views. The restaurant is good. The staff is helpful. The hotel is well located near an upscale market and city Square

::Hotel looks good from outside but rooms are too small that one king size bed can not fit in the room. Cot is too small for two person. Bed quality is worst and bed will jump for the whole night. I could not able to sleep in that jumping bed for both the nights. The worst hotel in Bhutan. Better to avoid it.
