::Whenever from india i called them for booking and any other information they politely call me back to avoid my ISD Charges without having any charges for booking. No doubt the first impression was quite impressive. The property is at centre of Thimpu. Rooms and washrooms are bit small but housekeeping is awesome. It has a floor heating system in our room which was very good. The entire team is very helpful and of friendly nature. It has a small restaurant that serves indian food. Taste is ok if not very good. A good place to stay.

::Rooms were clean both the time checked in. Toiletries were provided. Heater was working perfectly fine. We went during winters but heaters in the rooms made us comfortable. Tasty Indian food is offered - 5 stars for food. Staff as all Bhutanese sweet and helpful. When in Thimpu you can surely have a stay here which is well in budget. All nightlife venues are at walking distance from the property.

::Good place very friendly staff they know English as well as the local Language.water heaters are in all the rooms the floor is also heated, the staff will clean the room everyday if needed .they have provided blankets ,towels, soaps , shampoo and brushes ..this hotel is located in main market therefore when u go out u are in the main market. food is good so overall a very nice ,beautiful place to visit

::Very good rooms and also the breakfast is really good and the better part is that it's complementary. All sorts of facilities are provided such as heater, slippers and lot more. If you are a vegetarian it's a lovely place to spend your night. Also the staff is very kind and helpful. You are always welcomed. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because the dinner here is not good which should be taken into consideration.
