::This is supposed to be a 4 stars hotel in Bhutan standard. Very poor setup with raised 1' step to get up to the bed level. It's a safety problem for going to the washroom at night, to turn off room lights, one has to remove the room key from the entrance door wall pocket, should have at least 2 switches to control 3 lights. The curtains by the step to the bed are useless. They fixed the leaking water in the sink, but didn't test the water supply as the hot water was almost turned off. Could not understand their room numbering system, room 202 is in between 206 & 207, not enough light at night to see the room number. Internet speed was very poor even only 9 of us were the only guest. The only good point was the restaurant service, food was OK with a lots of different vegetables, don't expect too much meats from Bhutan hotels. The porters were good to carry our luggage on their shoulder to go up and down the stairs to the front desk.

::A very good location with a lot of open area and flowers. Tiger's Nest can be viewed from this resort. The staff was friendly and helpful, but were a bit strict with times which would be troublesome if you reached the location late due to some unavoidable circumstances.

::Not many choices in Paro but this one stands out. Rooms are spacious and well heated. The restaurant (set menus) serves some of the best food we had in Bhutan and the staff is very helpful.

::My wife and I stayed at this resort as part of our Druk Asia tour package. It is a GREAT hotel. Very modern and spacious rooms, and the bathroom is a real treat. Service staff in the hotel is attentive and responsive. Unlike the buffets served in other 3-star hotels, the meals here are served to your table and the dishes are much better cooked and tastier. Very welcoming and comfortable lobby area with little alcoves of zen. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

::Fantastic place to stay and unbelievable value. Two huge rooms with an equally cavernous bathroom for something like Rs 4000 / day. A room like that is likely to cost 4 times as much in India. Very nice freshly prepared Bhutanese food. Local fresh water fish is fresh and tasty. Try the Bhutanese local dishes like Ema Datshi . Also try and get the fabulous "Red Panda" beer from the local market. The views from this hotel are to die for.
